RESULTS FROM THE CONTRACT RATIFICATION VOTE: UAW Local 22 has voted to ratify the tentative agreement between General Motors and the United Auto Workers International Union. The vote tally was: Skilled Trades: Yes: 60% - No: 40% Production: Yes: 69% - No: 31% Total Yes: 67% - No: 33%

Region 1 Veteran's News

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I would like to pass along some information from the UAW Region 1 Veterans Council. The Veterans Council does a lot of volunteer work in the metro Detroit area centered on the needs of veterans.
We have an Honor Guard that does interments at the Great Lakes National Cemetery as well as other functions around town
